Toll Bros. extols Caravella floor plan
From its courtyard entry to its master suite, the Caravella design at The Reserve at Toll Bros. at MacDonald Highlands defines luxury, a company representative said. The home is one of four designs available at the Henderson neighborhood. Additional features of the four-bedroom, 3 1/2-bath plan are a formal dining room with a bay window that overlooks the courtyard; a butler's pantry; and a kitchen with an island, pantry and breakfast area with a bay window. Highlighting the great room are a niche and fireplace; a media center is optional. The home also has a den, downstairs bedroom with a private bath and walk-in closet, two upstairs bedrooms that share a bath, and a tech center with a built-in computer desk. The master suite features a sitting area with a bay window overlooking a deck; a built-in media center; and a bath with two walk-in closets, a dressing area, dual vanities, spa tub and separate shower with a seat. A three-sided fireplace is optional. A variety of customizing options are available including a casita in lieu of a single-car garage and second-floor balcony. The design features a split three-car garage and is priced from $531,975. Nearly all homes within the guard-gated neighborhood offer views of the community's golf course, DragonRidge, as well as the mountains. Planned amenities include a clubhouse with a spa and fitness center. To visit, take Interstate 215 to Valle Verde Drive and go south, past Horizon Ridge Parkway, to the entrance of the community. Hours are from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily. The builder offers more than 200 subdivisions in 21 states.
