Home site sales rise at Seven Hills

     Along the fairways of the Rio Secco Golf Club in Henderson, The Estates at Seven Hills has sold more than 125 home sites since sales began in 1997.
      "We had record-breaking sales in 1999 and we are anticipating an even busier year in 2000," Jack Christie, vice president of sales, said.
      The custom neighborhoods currently open for sales in The Estates at Seven Hills are Terracina and Venezia. Rapallo is completely sold out.
      Terracina is a gated neighborhood that offers a selection of home sites with varied prices and characteristics including golf course home sites starting at $215,000. The home sites are priced from $175,000 to $600,000 and range from one-quarter acre to one-half acre.
      At the recently-opened Venezia neighborhood, the majority of the 20 home sites in phase one are already sold. Priced from $175,000 to $395,000, the lots range from one-third acre to three-quarter acre and offer a view of the golf course, city or mountains.
      Terracina features a 2-acre neighborhood park with tennis and basketball courts, and a playground.
      Venezia also offers a neighborhood park with a playground, tennis court and other recreational amenities.
      Along with planned on-site amenities, homeowners will have access to recreational opportunities just outside of their neighborhoods. Upon completion of the community, all of its custom neighborhoods will be part of a subassociation that will share in common amenities within the boundaries of The Estates at Seven Hills.
      To visit, take Lake Mead Drive to Seven Hills Drive, which is just west of Eastern Avenue, and then go south. Office hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
