Exec extols Heritage opening results

The grand opening of the model homes at Signature Homes' Heritage neighborhood was successful, drawing hundreds of visitors and resulting in many sales, according to Jim Cerrone, vice president of sales and marketing.
"We were busy during presales, but the official opening of our model homes took us right over the top," Cerrone said.
"Once again, Signature Homes has created a collection of homes and a neighborhood that offers buyers more quality, convenience and features for their money. Now that our beautifully furnished and decorated models are open, buyers can see firsthand the incredible degree of value these homes offer ... We have an excellent selection of homes and home sites and our prices will never be lower than they are right now."
The neighborhood offers four floor plans, ranging from 1,364 to 2,045 square feet, with as many as four bedrooms and three baths. Homes are priced from $110,990.
Interiors feature volume ceilings, rounded wall corners and ceramic-tile entries.
Kitchens offer a choice of cabinetry finishes, pantries in select plans, track lighting and an appliance package.
Owner suites (per plan) feature cultured-marble vanities, dual sinks, and separate tubs and showers.
Exteriors have stucco finishes, concrete-tile roofs, choice of front-yard landscaping and block walls.
To visit, take Lake Mead Boulevard east, past Nellis Boulevard, to Mount Hood Street and turn north. Models are open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
