Mark Sirota, a baccarat floor supervisor at a local hotel and casino, said he always dreamed of living in a luxury condominium. Sirota will see his dream realized at Boca Raton Condominiums, a new property located south of the Strip.
"I was born and raised in New York, and always wanted to live in a high-rise environment; now I have my chance. I love the fact that I will be living on the eighth floor with a great view," Sirota said, referring to the Casita A suite he purchased.

"I like the location of Boca Raton in relation to where I work, and the sales staff was extremely helpful in their product knowledge of what they were offering. I am so excited to make the move that just about everyone in my workplace knows about Boca Raton. In fact, one of my coworkers also purchased a unit there."
The mid-rise development will comprise four buildings at Las Vegas Boulevard and Serene Avenue. There will be 756 residences, a clubhouse and two underground parking structures. Also featured will be 15 acres of landscaping and amenities such as walking and jogging trails, pet comfort stations, resort-style pools and spas, fitness centers, concierge service, and a shuttle transportation service.
Sirota looks forward to frequenting the clubhouse, which will be equipped with a television on which he plans to watch his beloved New York Yankees play baseball.
"The Boca Raton lifestyle is exactly what I was looking for," he said.
Forty-two floor plans are available, ranging from 593 to 2,413 square feet. Prices start from the mid-$300,000s to more than $1 million.
Construction is under way on the $400 million project.
"I am thrilled to know that the Boca Raton project has recently gone vertical, once again, very reassuring that I have made the right decision," Sirota said.
The sales office at 2475 W. Serene Ave. is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
