Turnberry Towers offers a location near the Las Vegas Strip and lavish amenities for its residents, according to sales and marketing executive John Riordan.
"Many of our purchasers will use their residence as a second or vacation home, and the close proximity of Turnberry Towers to world-class resorts, dining and entertainment is an advantage," he said. "Turnberry set the standard for the high-rise resort lifestyle concept in Las Vegas with the introduction of Turnberry Place. At a Turnberry development, all of the residences bask in refinements and luxuries, and five-star service is standard."

The gated development is under construction on the corner of Paradise Road and Karen Avenue. It will comprise two 45-story towers, each with a fitness facility, an outdoor pool with sundeck, landscaping, tennis, valet and 24-hour security.
All units have been reserved in the first tower, and sales are under way for the second. The first tower is expected to open in spring 2007.
The units feature one to three bedrooms and are priced from $550,000 to more than $1.3 million.
The one-bedroom, 1 1/2-bath plan features a kitchen with a counter bar that opens to a great room.
The two-bedroom residence with a den and two baths provides floor-to-ceiling windows, and a living room.
The three-bedroom homes with balconies and 2 1/2 baths are located on the top 12 floors of each tower.
The second tower will feature a two-bedroom, two-bath residence that occupies an entire floor to enhance the view.
Each unit will be finished with Italian marble baths and spa tubs, granite-topped European kitchen cabinetry, upscale appliances and 9-foot ceilings.
Additionally, all residences will contain 'smart' technology.
With the push of a button, residents can request their car from valet or communicate with the front desk.
The sales office at 222 Karen Ave. displays a 1,658-square-foot furnished model suite. Office hours are from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
