Avellino offers motor courts

Rhodes Homes' Avellino neighborhood, located within the builder's Tuscany Residential Village in Henderson, offers two plans with motor courts.

"The motor court is a highlight that many buyers who love their cars first notice," sales agent Susan Ovist said. "Then they see that the home has both a two-car and additional one-car garage and they're sold, all before they step inside the home."

The village will have seven subdivisions. Prices start at $361,990.

To visit, take Lake Mead Parkway east, past Boulder Highway, to Mohawk Drive and turn left.
