Turnberry Towers, a high-rise property developed by Turnberry Ltd., is under construction on 10 acres at the corner Paradise Road and Karen Avenue. The east tower will be available for occupancy this June, according John Riordan, senior vice president of sales.

A select few residences remain in the east tower, and the west tower is more than 60 percent sold. The latter is on track for completion in mid-2008.
Prices range from $550,000 to more than $1.3 million.
One- to three-bedroom units will be finished with Italian marble baths and Jacuzzi whirlpool tubs, granite-topped European kitchen cabinetry, General Electric Monogram appliances and 9-foot ceilings.
Each unit contains an electronic concierge system, where residents will be able to request their cars from valet; communicate with the front desk; and schedule maintenance appointments.
All buyers will receive a two-year membership for The Stirling Club, which is an 80,000-square-foot private club at Turnberry Place. It features dining and a 30,000-square-foot spa.
Other amenities include landscaping, a fitness facility in each tower, tennis courts, valet, 24-hour security and outdoor pools.
Residences offer Strip and mountain views.
Additionally, a putting green will be available with four different holes.
Turnberry Ltd. has a 40-plus year history building five-star residential communities. It recently debuted its high-rise development Turnberry Place.
