Red Rock Country Club releases home sites

Red Rock Country Club, which is set amid two Arnold Palmer-designed golf courses, is releasing home sites adjacent to the community's Mountain Course.

"This is truly a special opportunity to purchase a home site on the golf course with a stunning view of a water feature," Karen Stiles, vice president of sales, said. "Offerings such as this happen so rarely that I urge those seeking a premium golf course home site within our community to act quickly."

The country club is also releasing cul-de-sac lots in The Enclaves, where buyers can choose their home design.

"The Enclaves features homes in our Acacia Collection on home sites that are located off of the golf course," Stiles said. "This limited offering of eight cul-de-sac lots, with added privacy, gives buyers the flexibility of choosing both a home site and a home plan."

Homes in this collection range from 2,155 to 3,451 square feet in one- and two-story designs. Prices start from the low $300,000s.

The homes feature Spanish colonial, Tuscany and Italianate architectural styles and offer courtyards, covered patios, optional golf cart garages and three-car garages. Design assistance is offered at the builder's design studio.

The guard-gated country club in Summerlin offers homes with as many as six bedrooms and four-car garages, measuring from 2,100 to more than 8,000 square feet. Prices range from the $300,000s to more than $2 million.

The community is home to the first of two Palmer-designed 18-hole signature courses and a practice facility with a double-ended driving range, putting green and chipping areas.

Other amenities include a main clubhouse with a pro shop, banquet facilities and dining, and an 8,000-square-foot sports club with exercise equipment, saunas, steam and locker rooms, an aerobics studio, and a supervised children's play center.

Also featured are an aquatic center and a tennis facility.

To visit, take Sahara Avenue west to Town Center Drive and follow the signs. Or, take Interstate 215 to Sahara and go west. The model home complex is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.

Sunrise Colony Co. is also developing the age-qualified Siena community.
