Rhodes Homes introduces two neighborhoods
Rhodes Homes recently announced the opening of two new neighborhoods in the southwestern valley. The Villas opened on Jan. 27, and the Links and Lakes opened one week earlier. The builder considers both to be "family based communities." "We know there is a tremendous market for homeownership among people that don't make $50,000 or $60,000 per year," Jim Rhodes, owner of Rhodes Homes, said. "We're building the highest quality home that fits into almost any family's budget." The Villas consists of two- to four-bedroom models with two-car garages. The homes range from 1,300 to 1,500 square feet. Prices start in the high $120,000s. To visit, take Interstate 215 to Sunset Road, and go west. Hours are from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily. The Links and Lakes, located within the Rhodes Ranch community, features homes with two- or three-car garages and as many as five bedrooms. They measure from 1,700 square feet, and offer island kitchens, formal living and dining rooms, and customizing options. Prices start in the low $130,000s. According to sales agent John Smith, nearly five dozen reservations have been made at the neighborhood. To visit Rhodes Ranch, take Interstate 215 to Durango Drive then go south, following the signs. Sales office and model hours are from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
