Home sales wind down at Perma-Bilt's Naples
After being open for 10 months, sales are entering the final phase at Perma-Bilt Homes' Naples neighborhood, where fewer than two dozen homes remain. The gated neighborhood is priced from the $140,000s to the $150,000s and offers floor plans ranging from 1,550 to 2,064 square feet. Each home features a two-car garage. According to sales and marketing executive Ruth Ochoa, the southwestern valley neighborhood opened last April and has averaged about 13 sales per month. "The success of Naples is a strong indicator of just how hot the southwest continues to be for new-home sales matched with a product line and price range that was on target with today's home shoppers," Ochoa said. The Marsala plan measures 1,537 square feet with three bedrooms 2 1/2 baths, a loft, an island kitchen with pantry, and an upstairs laundry room, while the 1,551-square-foot Bergamo plan has four bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, an optional bonus room or loft, two baths, and dining and living rooms. The Trieste measures 1,888 square feet with four bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, an optional bonus room, an island kitchen with pantry, and dining and living rooms. The 2,064-square-foot San Severo has four bedrooms, three baths, an optional loft, dining and living rooms, and an optional den. To visit, take Tropicana Avenue west, past Durango Drive, to Grand Canyon Drive and turn north. Proceed to Tompkins Avenue, and go west. Model homes are open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. except Monday, when they open at 11 a.m. The neighborhood's completion comes as the builder is finalizing plans for its Southern Terrace community, which will be developed near Russell Road and Interstate 215. Sales are anticipated to begin in March, with 15 model homes offered in four neighborhoods.
