Pulte's The Greens provides golf course homes

The Greens neighborhood at Stallion Mountain attracts home buyers looking for a cozy community and quality construction, according to Joe Whatley, an executive with Pulte Homes. As part of the Stallion Mountain guard-gated community, which offers 54 holes of golf, Whatley said the neighborhood is one of the more affordable along a golf course.

"Home buyers are extremely impressed with not only the peaceful environment but the location, affordability and the unmatched quality of Pulte Homes," Whatley said.

"Pulte Homes offers an incredibly high level of included features, spacious floor plans and a signature energy-efficiency package that guarantees heating and cooling costs."

Design features of the neighborhood include gas lamplights, parks and all-single-story floor plans.

Six floor plans range from 1,970 to 2,881 square feet.

Prices start at $191,000.

Interior features include 10-foot ceilings, structured wiring, wood entry doors, built-in fireplaces and media niches.

Kitchens offer cabinets with concealed hinges and adjustable shelves, built-in ovens, cook tops, microwaves, dishwashers, and solid-surface counter tops.

Additional highlights include front-yard landscaping, covered patios, front porches and/or courtyards, stucco eaves, and carbon monoxide detectors.

All homes are built with Engineered for Life technology, which uses 30 percent less energy for heating, cooling and water heating than a standard home, according to the builder.

Also at Stallion Mountain are The Links and The Fairways neighborhoods.

The Links offers four single-story floor plans ranging from 1,190 to 1,619 square feet with prices starting at $127,990. Front-yard landscaping is maintained at this neighborhood, which also features a recreation center with a pool and spa, and a park with a gazebo and barbecues.

The Fairways presents four floor plans that range from 1,531 to 2,300 square feet with prices starting at $159,990. This single-story neighborhood offers three and four bedroom models.

To visit, take Interstate 515 to Flamingo Road, go east, past Boulder Highway, and turn left into the community's entrance. The sale office is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily except Monday, when it opens at noon.
