Million-dollar home at Bellacere awaits buyer
Christopher Homes recently completed construction of a custom home, which is ready for immediate occupancy at the company's guard-gated Bellacere custom-home neighborhood in Summerlin. The 4,934-square-foot residence features four bedrooms, 4 1/2 baths, a library, bonus room, loft, wet bar, covered patio, balcony, and front- and rear-yard landscaping with a swimming pool and spa. The home is priced at $1.1 million and offers a special opportunity for custom-home buyers, according to Mark Stuhmer, director of custom-home sales. "As a premier custom-home builder in Southern Nevada, Christopher Homes incorporates the finest quality materials and craftsmanship in every home we build," Stuhmer said. "This home is certainly representative of that quality, as it has a very impressive list of included amenities and also offers a location inside one of Summerlin's most elegant and attractive custom neighborhoods." These amenities include a courtyard with a fireplace, three interior fireplaces, a wet bar in the family room, granite counter tops throughout, custom concrete work, two-tone paint accents, upgraded cherry cabinets, custom lighting fixtures, iron stair railing and a security system. The owner suite features dual sinks with a sit-down, marble vanity; a raised tub; stone showers with dual heads; and a walk-in closet. The home is also prewired for a home theater system and includes several energy-saving features. "Christopher Homes recognizes that there are home buyers looking for custom quality, yet requiring a timely move-in date," Stuhmer said. "This home was built specifically for that buyer. Rather than having to purchase a resale home, they will get the quality and luxury of a brand new, warranted home by Christopher Homes." Located along the fairways of the TPC at The Canyons golf course, the guard-gated neighborhood is designed for custom homes priced from about $650,000 to more than $3 million. Home sites measure about half an acre and offer views of the golf course, mountains or city. Buyers may purchase and combine adjacent home sites. The neighborhood is highlighted by an entry monument, guard house, park, tennis court, playground and open areas. Each home backs up to either the golf course or a linear park. Various financing options are available, including one that combines applications for all loans into a single process. To visit, take Summerlin Parkway to Town Center Drive, go south to Alta Drive and turn left. Office hours are from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
