Custom lots set for release at Anthem Country Club

Custom-home sites will be released for sale on Saturday at Anthem Country Club, a guard-gated golf course community within Del Webb Corp.'s Anthem master plan in Henderson.

Lots in this new release, located in the Alvamar neighborhood, measure from one-half to three-quarters of an acre, and are priced from $150,000 to $700,000. City, mountain and golf course view lots are available.

Anthem Country Club is designed for residents of all ages. In addition to custom lots, buyers can choose from 20 floor plans, ranging from 1,281 to 5,800 square feet. These homes are priced from the $190,000s to more than $1 million.

Stone and water features are situated throughout the community.

Anthem offers a clubhouse with restaurants, a meeting room, golf shop and locker rooms. Concierge and valet services are available.

The community's athletic club features exercise equipment; aerobics classes; tennis, basketball and volleyball courts; a children's area; and several pools. It also houses a full-service salon and spa, locker rooms and a poolside cafe.

The championship golf course is a private facility designed by PGA golfer Hale Irwin and golf course architect Keith Foster. Equity and executive (non-resident) golf memberships are available.

To visit, take Eastern Avenue south about three miles past St. Rose Parkway. Sales office and model hours are from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
