New model readied for debut at Renaissance

The public is invited to attend Saturday's grand opening of a two-story model at Renaissance, a Pardee Homes neighborhood in the Seven Hills community in Henderson.

Although the Bramante Plan Five is modeled with four bedrooms, a bonus room, den and 4 1/2 baths, it can be built with as many as seven bedrooms and 5 1/2 baths in 4,686 square feet.

The model's debut is a "romantic-themed" event that will include a performance by a concert harpist. In addition, there will be a cooking demonstration featuring an upgraded oven and microwave in the Plan Three model, and refreshments that will include heart-shaped cookies and pink guava sorbet.

Festivities run from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The Bramante plan is ideal for entertaining, according to sales executive Ray Landry.

"The double-door entryway opens into a formal living room with a fireplace and a ... spiral staircase," he said. "The family room is bordered with a curved wall of glass at the rear of the home, which takes full advantage of the scenery that surrounds Renaissance in Seven Hills."

Its expanded kitchen features a morning room, pantry, double sink, and preparation island with a five-burner cook top.

Renaissance is a gated neighborhood of terraced home sites.

Homes are priced from the mid-$200,000s.

Each home carries the Energy Star seal and the ComfortWise designation to ensure it is equipped with energy- saving features such as vinyl-framed windows and special glass windows that reduce ultraviolet light.

Kitchens feature ceramic-tile counter tops, oak cabinetry, pantries and appliance packages. They can be expanded for commercial-grade appliances such as a 48-inch range and a 42-inch refrigerator.

Interiors, per plan, include rotunda and courtyard entries, butler's pantries, wraparound balconies, sculptured fireplaces, high ceilings and arched doorways.

Option include bay windows, French doors, wrought-iron balustrades on staircases, lofts and game rooms.

Interior designers are available to assist buyers with their selections.

To visit, take Eastern Avenue south to Grand Hills Drive and head west following the signs. Models are open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily except Monday, when they open at 11 a.m.
