Kimball Hill Homes prepares for closeout at Capistrano

Eight homes remain available at the Capistrano neighborhood, which is being built by Kimball Hill Homes in the Seven Hills community in Henderson.

According to sales agent Sandi Boyce, this is the final opportunity to purchase a home at the gated neighborhood, which contains one- and two-story floor plans. The homes offer features such as granite kitchen counter tops, custom art niches and wall cut-outs.

Floor plans measure from 2,134 to 3,192 square feet and are priced from $205,000.

"Sales activity has escalated in our final phase, including two home sales over the past week," Boyce said. "Buyers are responding to both the design of these homes and the unique lifestyle they are finding in the Seven Hills community."

Kimball Hill Homes is also building the Palermo West and Naples neighborhoods in the community. Other new neighborhoods are: Renaissance, Riviera, Crescendo and Presidio by Pardee Homes; Palazzo Monte by U.S. Home; Meridiana by Trident Homes; the Venezia and Terracina custom neighborhoods by Silver Canyon Partnership; and Corcovado and Portofino Custom Homesites by Nevastar Investment Corp. Villa Villagio by Astoria Homes is planned.

Single-family homes are priced from the $130,000s to about $330,000. Also available are custom-home sites, which are priced from about $180,000 to more than $1 million.

The community features Italian Renaissance and Spanish eclectic themes, open areas, and landscaping. Classical elements include columns, arches, fountains, vaulted entrances, balconies, arched windows, capstones and gabled roof lines.

More than one-third of the 1,300-acre community has been allocated for open areas; trails; and parks with tennis and basketball courts, softball and soccer fields, and playgrounds. There are four city parks within the community.

The sales pavilion is open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. It is located just inside the community on Seven Hills Drive, which is half a mile west of Eastern Avenue and St. Rose Parkway.
