Stonehaven offers quick home delivery

Toll Bros. is offering quick delivery of its Haddington Contemporary model at its Stonehaven neighborhood at MacDonald Highlands in Henderson.

"The Haddington is a popular model at the community, so we expect there to be great interest in this particular home," Joe Sinski, project manager, said.

The 4,766-square-foot, two-story home is centered around a courtyard with a turret entry and is priced at $598,055.

Features include five bedrooms, 4 1/2 baths, a den, a circular foyer, a formal living room with a fireplace, and a three-car garage.

Its kitchen includes granite counter tops, a center island, walk-in pantry and appliances.

The owner suite provides a balcony, French doors, dual walk-in closets, a separate shower and tub, and dual vanities.

Another Haddington Contemporary floor plan will be available for spring delivery.

"Since this home is still in production, interior selections may be chosen by the buyer," Sinski said.

The neighborhood offers 59 home sites within a golf course community. The homes range from 2,900 to 4,300 square feet and are priced from the low $400,000s.

The guard-gated community features a park, trails, and a barbecue and picnic area. Two other neighborhood parks are planned with tennis and volleyball courts, a playground, picnic facilities, and five miles of trails.

To visit, take Interstate 215 to Valle Verde Drive, turn south, and proceed to Horizon Ridge Parkway. Models are open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Toll Bros. is also developing Woodlands, Heritage Glen and Wood Glen in Summerlin; and Buckingham at Queensridge.
