Las Vegans garner association management credentials
n The National Board of Certification for Community Association Managers has granted credentials to two Las Vegans: Diane Frazer of Chartered Management and Marie McKendrick of Benchmark Properties. n CB Richard Ellis' Randy Broadhead, Christina Roush and Charles Moore represented 300-301 Clark in its sale of a 107,998-square-foot office building at 300-301 Clark Ave. to Clark County for $13.3 million. In another transaction, Broadhead and Brad Peterson represented Green Valley Development in its 10-year lease of 2,237 square feet at 2275 Corporate Drive to Say Entertainment for $660,000. Derek Rafie represented LMG in its four-year lease of 14,088 square feet at 7220 Industrial Road from Weststate Land for $635,000. Brad Myers represented WXI/MCN Commercial Real Estate in the 10-year lease of 27,224 square feet at 4220 S. Maryland Parkway, Building C, to United States of America for $6.4 million. n Colliers International's Spencer Pinter, Michael Delew and Greg Pancirov represented Sunset Corporate Center in its sale of 51,270 square feet at 6355 Sunset Corporate Drive to HEDJE for $3.1 million. Pinter, DeLew and Pancirov again represented the center in its 87-month lease of 25,830 square feet at 6305 Sunset Corporate Drive to Wallace Computer Services for $1.6 million. Dan Doherty and Xavier Wasiak represented the Doris C. Helms Trust in its sale of 35.15 acres at the southwest corner of Lamb Boulevard and Smiley Road to the Mendenhall Family Trust for $4 million. Scott R. Gragson, John Kilpatrick and Robert Torres represented Focus 2000 in three transactions: its purchase of 5 acres at the northeast corner of Rumrill Street and Post Road from Jeffrey Eighanayan for $700,000; the purchase of 5 acres at the southeast corner of Badura Avenue and Belcastro Street from Saeed Moradi for $790,000; and the purchase of 5 acres at the southeast corner of Tenaya Way and Badura Avenue from Lalikant Modi for $790,000. Gragson, Kilpatrick and Torres also represented Gragson Oquendo in the purchase of 2.5 acres at the southeast corner of Buffalo Drive and Oquendo Road from JoAnn Labbe-Eder for $260,000.
