Hometouch features mall locations

Home shoppers may discover their dream home while strolling through a shopping mall. Hometouch, formerly known as New Home Concepts, offers a range of real estate services at the Galleria and Meadows malls.

"This partnership lays the groundwork for an entirely new approach to providing real estate services," company executive Gary Rosenberg said. "Hometouch gives the home buyer and homeowner the advantage they need to level the playing field."

Clients can view thousands of floor plans from the company's offices, reducing the time spent on searching for a home.

The company helps guide clients through the home purchase and provides assistance with home warranties and insurance. It also coordinates mortgages, home inspections, and home repairs through a network of pre-screened home improvement specialists and licensed contractors.

According to the company, servicing clients is the company's goal and its employees do not work on commission.

"Now the consumer has a one-stop advocate for every facet of the real estate buying process," company executive Bob Mangold said.

The company has eight locations in Phoenix and Las Vegas, and 10 more scheduled to open this year in Chicago.

Its Galleria office is open from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily except Sunday, when it is open from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.

At Meadows, office hours are from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Friday, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Saturday, and from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday.
