"Buyers can expect to see exquisite finishes and amenities throughout the models," egional sales manager Sheryl Creswell said. "What they see is what they'll get when they purchase a condominium home at The Boulders. We're showcasing top quality because we're offering top quality."

Interior highlights include two-tone paint, walk-in closets, granite counter tops, maple cabinetry, upgraded fixtures, 9-foot or vaulted ceilings, built-in computer desks, kitchen pantries and window seats in many floor plans. Kitchen appliances, and a washer and dryer, are included in the purchase price.

Select units have city and mountain views.

Common amenities include three pools, a fully equipped fitness center, and a great room with a fireside lounge, pool table and kitchen for entertaining. Residents also have access to the great room's private theater.

"Our movie room's theater seating is so comfortable," Creswell said. "It's the ideal place for residents to host friends, unwind and enjoy their favorite DVD without leaving home."

The sales office is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.

To visit, take the Las Vegas Beltway to the Cheyenne Avenue exit, go east to Hualapai Way and turn left. Or, take U.S. Highway 95 to Cheyenne, proceed west to Hualapai and turn north.
