Ryland keys in on recreational amenities surrounding Kingwood Knoll
SPECIAL TO REAL ESTATE
Courtyards and front porches introduce home shoppers to the floor plans at Ryland Homes' Kingwood Knoll in The Vistas village within Summerlin. The residences measure 1,515 to 2,001 square feet with two to four bedrooms and two to 3 1/2 baths.
"Whether you enjoy the convenience of having everything on one level, or the added sense of privacy of a two-story home, (we have) a plan for practically every style," sales and marketing executive Dana Rogers said.

The residences are priced from the low $400,000s.
Interior highlights include great rooms, formal dining rooms, laundry rooms and island kitchens, as well as master suites with walk-in closets. Two-car garages are standard with each home.
Buyers can customize their homes through the builder's TrueU design concept, which includes an array of upgrades and decorating enhancements. Additionally, the builder operates a mortgage company.
The Vistas is planned to include three parks. The 7-acre North Tower Park features two playgrounds, picnic and barbecue areas and open space. It will be complemented by South Tower Park, which will provide similar amenities. Both parks will be anchored by a 48-foot clock tower.
The Vistas Park is planned to encompass 23 acres with a community center, lighted football and softball fields, lighted tennis courts, basketball courts, a group picnic area, playground, water play area and restrooms.
The Vistas contains an elementary school and is located adjacent to the village of Summerin Centre, which Rogers called "the downtown of Summerlin" with its various retailers, eateries, a hotel-casino, park and office district.
Summerlin is a master-planned community with numerous golf courses, neighborhood and village parks, and more than 120 miles of trails.
