Pulte's Siena Ancora mirrors Siena Vista

Pulte Homes' Siena Vista has only a few remaining homes for sale. However, admirers of the neighborhood need not worry if they're not quite ready to purchase because Pulte is building its mirror image in its new Siena Ancora neighborhood.

Located within the Southern Highlands community in the southwestern valley and priced from $190,290 to $244,990, Siena Ancora has entered presales with the same floor plans as Siena Vista and the addition of a new single-story, 1,881-square-foot design. The new floor plan offers three bedrooms or two bedrooms with an optional den, and a two-car garage.

Other available floor plans include the single-story Villa Adorno, a 1,662-square-foot home with three bedrooms with a den option; an optional courtyard with a circular entry; great room; owner suite with separate tub and shower, and a walk-in closet; and two-car garage with an optional extension.

The 2,299-square-foot Villa Tuscany is a two-story home designed with a detached two-car garage, vaulted ceilings in formal living areas, a formal dining room, island kitchen with nook, family room, and three bedrooms including an owner suite with a walk-in closet.

Villa Corsica offers 2,521 square feet in a two-story layout. This design offers three bedrooms, including an owner suite and options for as many as five bedrooms; formal dining and living areas; a family room; kitchen with nook and center island; and a standard three-car garage, or a two-car garage with an optional bonus room.

Measuring 2,665 square feet, the two-story Villa San Marino features a curved stairway, vaulted ceilings in select areas, family room, island kitchen with nook, and a standard three-car tandem garage or options for storage and a fifth bedroom with a full-bath. The second story includes three bedrooms, including an owner suite, and a den or optional fourth bedroom.

Each home features 9-foot ceilings, six-panel interior doors, ceramic-tile flooring in the entry, a structured-wiring system, covered patio, and soft-water loop. Kitchens are designed with solid-surface counter tops, cabinets with roll-out trays, a microwave, and built-in oven with a separate cook top.

All of the homes feature the Platinum Series Environments for Living building technology and the Environmental Protection Agency's Energy Star seal for energy efficiency. They also offer a two-year heating and cooling guarantee.

The neighborhood's Southern Highlands location provides more than 40 acres of parks; more than 100 acres of open space; and interconnecting bicycle paths, jogging paths and hiking trails. In addition, there is a 220-acre private golf course designed by Robert Trent Jones Sr. and Robert Trent Jones Jr., and plans for two private schools and two elementary schools.
