Pardee Homes preps for debut of Mandevilla

Pardee Homes' will introduce its new Mandevilla neighborhood next weekend in the Eldorado master-planned community in North Las Vegas.

The neighborhood will be open from noon to 5 p.m. on Saturday and from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. next Sunday

A collection of four one- and two-story floor plans is available, ranging from 2,512 to 3,899 square feet. The homes are priced from the low $200,000s.

"These are great family homes in a great family community," Rob Tuvell, sales director, said. "While the largest plan offers up to eight bedrooms, six baths and a four-car garage, the smallest plan can include up to four bedrooms, three baths and a three-car garage."

Customizing options available from the builder include bonus rooms, guest suites, a library, tech center and balconies.

All homes have merited the ComfortWise designation and the Energy Star seal for energy efficiency through features such as low-emissivity windows, efficient heating and cooling systems, and tightly sealed air ducts.

Mandevilla joins the single-family neighborhoods of Talavera and Fontana in Eldorado Highlands, which offers 12 single-and two-story homes in a model park located across the street from the 23-acre Seastrand Park.

The 1,080-acre community is built around the 9-acre Eldorado Park, and will include some 6,500 homes at its buildout stage.

To visit, take Craig Road to Camino al Norte then go north into the community.

The builder is also developing the Rancho Las Palmas and Nevada Trails communities in the Las Vegas Valley. Since 1952, Pardee has constructed homes for more than 25,000 families in Southern Nevada.
