Custom lots ready at Seven Hills

A varied selection of custom-home sites is available at Seven Hills, a community in Henderson. A number of these lots offer views of the city, mountains and fairways of a neighboring golf course.

Home sites as large as an acre are available, and prices start from the $200,000s to more than $1 million. Some lots are privately gated, and each custom neighborhood is gated.

More than 200 custom lots have been sold at Seven Hills, a development of Silver Canyon Partnership. More than 120 homes have been completed, are under construction or in architectural review.

Among the amenities of the custom neighborhoods are guard-gated entries, landscaped open space areas, a view park, a 2-acre park with tennis and basketball courts, and a playground.

To visit the sales and information pavilion, take Interstate 215 to Eastern Avenue, go south to St. Rose Parkway and turn right. Proceed to Seven Hills Drive and turn left. Office hours are from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
