Models open at Stonehaven

Toll Bros. has three model homes open for viewing at Stonehaven, which is located in the guard-gated MacDonald Highlands community in Henderson.

Among the models is the Bellisle, a single-story home measuring 2,932 square feet. Interior highlights include an oval-shaped foyer with coffered ceiling, a great room with media niche and fireplace, and a dining room with bay window.

The owner suite showcases a curved wall of windows, dual walk-in closets, spa tub, separate shower and dual vanities.

Additional interior features include a den, computer area, secondary bedroom with bath, and an island kitchen with a pantry and double-wall oven.

Also featured is a split three-car garage, and an optional courtyard entry and second covered patio. The home is priced from the mid-$400,000s.

Buyers can also tour the two-story Edinburgh model, a four-bedroom, 3 1/2-bath home measuring 4,063 square feet; and the Haddington, a 3,980-square-foot two-story home with four bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths.

Residents have access to MacDonald Highlands' amenities including a swimming pool and exercise facilities at the clubhouse, tennis courts, a private golf course, playgrounds, and jogging and biking trails. Also offered are city and mountain views.

To visit, take Interstate 215 to Valle Verde Drive, then go south to the community's gated entry. The models are open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
