Richmond American extends special financing promotion

Builder continues 'In Your Best Interest' for qualified buyers

Richmond American Homes is extending its In Your Best Interest promotion through this weekend. The promotion offers financing specials to qualified buyers on quick move-in homes throughout the valley, with the use of the builder's affiliate lender.

"One feature that's really appealing about this promotion is that it applies to a broad spectrum of home buyers," said Nicole Bloom, vice president of sales for the Las Vegas North Division. "Whether you're looking for a small starter home or wanting to move up into a larger floor plan, you can take advantage of great value with these limited-time financing opportunities. The promotion gives buyers a chance to get the home they want and the value they need."

The builder features 50 distinct communities throughout Las Vegas, in a range of floor plans and locations.

The builder's Haven Collection presents the Sanctuary, Solitude and Hideaway floor plans -- two-story homes, measuring from 2,300 to 2,550 square feet. The three- to five- bedroom homes include 2 1/2 to three baths and are highlighted by an island kitchen with a pantry. Models are open for touring at Desert Moon and Cobblestone in northern Las Vegas, or Hillcrest Estates in the northwest. The homes are priced from the $350,000s to the $370,000s.

The Viennese Collection in northern Las Vegas, features three- to six-bedroom home designs, measuring 2,350 to 3,850 square feet, with as many as 4 1/2 baths. Exteriors are defined by front porch and arched entry elevations. Certain plans offer bedrooms at the main-level. All the homes include an attached three-car garage. Six models are open in Vienna Hills in northern Las Vegas. Prices range from the $370,000s to the $450,000s.

Priced from the mid-$200,000s, floor plans in the Seasons Collection range from 1,350 to 1,900 square feet. The three- to five-bedroom floor plans include 2 1/2 to three baths. The Summer, Spring, Winter and Fall designs are open for touring at several communities throughout Las Vegas.

Offering distinctive three-story floor plans, the Mosaic Collection features an open, great-room layout with three to four bedrooms and 2 1/2 to three baths. Priced from the upper $200,000s, the homes range from 1,550 to 1,950 square feet. The main level includes the kitchen, dining room and balcony, while the upper and lower levels offer bonus or media rooms and bedroom areas. The Amethyst, Jasper, Aventurine and Onyx models are available for touring in neighborhoods throughout Las Vegas.

The Home Gallery is open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., Saturday until 6 p.m., and Sunday from noon to 5 p.m.
