Rhodes' The Collection offers fairway as backdrop for last few buyers

The Collection, a neighborhood located along the fairways of the Rhodes Ranch Golf Club in Rhodes Ranch, a southwestern master-planned community, has few homes remaining for purchase, according to Ryan Soucie, director of sales for Rhodes Homes, developer of Rhodes Ranch.

"When people consider options for luxury living in a beautiful master-planned community, Rhodes Ranch is at the top of their list and the homes we're offering at The Collection are emblematic of the best we have to offer," Soucie said. "Those interested in living this lifestyle with a home on our signature golf course will want to act quickly, as there aren't many of these premium lots available."

Amenities includes Koehler and Moen faucet fixtures, paver driveways, prewiring for surround sound, brushed nickel hardware, low-e windows, and the builder's trademark 8 1/2-inch baseboards. Customizing options are available.

Three home series are available at the neighborhood, and prices start from the mid-$300,000s.

Monet contains five floor plans, ranging from 1,467 to 2,665 square feet. One- and two-story homes feature three or four bedrooms and two or 2 1/2 baths, as well as great rooms in select plans, while other plans offer lofts and dining and living rooms.

The Matisse series features four floor plans, with square footage ranging from 1,931 to 3,042. One- and two-story plans are available, and the homes can contain three to six bedrooms.

Van Gogh has six floor plans, ranging from 2,017 to 4,138 square feet. One-, two- and three-story plans are available, and can contain two to five bedrooms. Library and loft options are available.

Rhodes Homes recently added two new models to The Collection model park. Both are members of the Rembrandt series and measure 3,021 and 3,431 square feet.

Amenities at Rhodes Ranch include the Ted Robinson-designed, 18-hole golf course, 24-hour roving security patrols and the R-Club, a 35,000-square-foot recreation center. The center features an indoor workout facility with weights and cardiovascular equipment, a full-length basketball court, two racquetball/handball courts, six billiards tables and social areas.

To visit, take Interstate 215, the Las Vegas Beltway, to Durango Drive and then go south to Rhodes Ranch Parkway. Sales offices are open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily. For more information, call 740-4111 or visit www.rhodeshomes.com.
