When Vicki and Denny Gardner purchased their single-story home in William Lyon's Bella Sera neighborhood at Mountain Falls, they knew what to expect from their home builder. It was their third consecutive William Lyon purchase.
Formerly of Michigan, the couple's first home by the builder was in the Southern Highlands master plan, where they lived until they purchased within the builder's single-story Tramonto neighborhood at Mountain Falls, a golf course community located in Pahrump.

A year after moving to Tramonto, the Gardners purchased down the road at Bella Sera.
"We were really happy with our Tramonto home and had no reason to move," said Vicki, who attained her real estate license and accepted a job as a Bella Sera sales agent last year. "I'm constantly in the Bella Sera models and fell in love with Plan Two. Denny wanted to live in it so much that we decided to sell our Tramonto home and move to Bella Sera."
The 2,635-square-foot, Plan Two offers four bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, three-car garage and formal dining room that can be built as a den or fifth bedroom. The design features a casita option, as well as a fourth bath option in lieu of a garage bay.

Residents at Bella Sera, Tramonto and Cascata Ancora will have access to neighborhood mini-parks and a planned 4-mile walking trail.
Model homes are open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily, except Monday when they open at noon.
To visit, travel about 45 miles west on Highway 160 (Blue Diamond Road) past Interstate 15. Before reaching Pahrump, turn left on Manse Road. Proceed to Hafen Ranch and turn right, then left on Lakeview Drive to the model homes.
