The Montage at West Park in Summerlin offers the three-story Rembrandt plan, available for quick move-in on select home sites.

With its European-style courtyard homes, Montage is one of the builder's three Summerlin neighborhoods.
It is joined by Travata at West Park and the one- and two-story homes of Kingwood Knoll at The Vistas.

The builder is featuring the two-story Whitney plan at Belford in Mountain's Edge. Several of these homes are available for immediate move-in on select home sites.

Ryland Homes has teamed up with New Home Resource to offer a move-in assistance program to existing home owners.
With this program, New Home Resource will complete a market analysis on the buyer's existing home and list that home for sale.
When escrow closes on the buyer's new Ryland Home, New Home Resource will pack and clean the former property, provide services for move-in and issue a credit of 3 percent of the commission on the sale of their previous home.
