Mortgage professional Joli Mauracher owned a two-story home in Anthem, a Henderson master-planned community. She choose to trade it for a single-level home at Lennar's Clermont in Anthem Highlands.
"I had decided that my granddaughter Carli and I would be more comfortable living in a one-story home. I wanted less yard and a bit more privacy than my previous home," she said.

For her new home, Mauracher selected the 1,819-square-foot Provence that offers four bedrooms, two baths and a two-car garage. Mauracher said she was glad her home was in the builder's Everything's Included program.

Even the covered patio is already wired for a ceiling fan. And, every wall in every room has electric plug-in sockets. That gives you as a homeowner so much more flexibility when you go to place furniture," she said. "It was so nice not to have to sit and think about upgrades and coordinating everything."
Some of the home's highlights include 20-inch-by-20-inch floor tiles, upgraded 42-inch cabinetry with crown molding, granite kitchen countertops, the family room fireplace with tile surrounds and windows in the master suite bath.
Exterior details include stone detail accents, sand-finish pop-outs and coordinated two-tone paint. The front yards are designed with river rocks. There is coach lighting on all the homes in the neighborhood.
"This time of year when you come home in the dark at 5 p.m., it is so nice to drive home with all of the lights on," Mauracher said. "It's like being greeted by a good friend."
The single and two-story homes are Energy Star-certified. Plans measure from 1,819 to 3,181 square feet with up to five bedrooms, up to 3 1/2 baths and a two or three-car garage. Pricing is from the $300,000s.
