Toll Brothers to build Summerlin townhomes at Fairway Hills

Toll Brothers has begun sales of luxury townhomes at Fairway Hills in The Ridges, Summerlin's gated, estate-home community.

The six designs of these two-story townhomes have been designed specifically for the golf course community.

The Gleneagle, the Caldwell, the Westhill, the Ambrose, the Iverness and the Murrieta floor plans are two-, three- and four-bedroom floor plans, ranging from 1,966 to 2,956 square feet.

Priced from the mid-$600,000s, the designs include entry courtyards, upper balconies, formal dining rooms, covered patios and fireplace-centered family rooms.

Master suites include walk-in closets, soaking tubs with separate showers and dual sinks with custom-wood vanities.

"The Fairway Hills homes will feature superior architectural details and innovative designs that take advantage of the mountain and golf course views that are hallmarks of The Ridges," said Gary Mayo, group president, Toll Brothers. "Fairway Hills is fast becoming yet another of our successful communities within Summerlin."

The residents clubhouse includes a fitness center, media room, swimming pool, three spas, a barbecue site, fire pit, recreation area, putting green and a covered community patio with a catering kitchen.

Fairway Hills is located on Jack Nicklaus' Bear's Best Las Vegas golf course and situated alongside the Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area.

The Ridges is located south of Desert Inn Road and west of Flamingo Road.

At an elevation of more than 3,200 feet, the community's neighborhoods are designed to complement the natural surroundings of the desert terrain.
