Condo sales brisk at The Falls

The demand for homes at The Falls, a condominium development in the southwestern valley, has been strong in its first year, sales agent Todd Throgmorton said.

"The number of home buyers choosing The Falls in 2002 was phenomenal," he said. "Now that the recreation center is complete, we anticipate even more demand for our resort-style homes."

The 10,000-square-foot recreation center features an exercise room, computer center, fax/copy center, conference room, kitchen and children's area. It also features a big-screen television, pool table and table tennis.

Additional resident amenities include three pool areas, cabanas, and volleyball and basketball courts.

Buyers can choose from four upstairs and downstairs plans.

The Angel Falls model features one bedroom and one bath in 842 to 887 square feet. It is priced in the mid-$90,000s.

Measuring from 891 to 936 square feet, the Hidden Falls plan features two bedrooms and two baths. It is priced from the high $90,000s.

With two master bedrooms and two baths, the Rainbow Falls plan can be built with 941 to 973 square feet and is priced from the low $100,000s.

At 1,186 to 1,232 square feet, the Sunset Falls features three bedrooms and two baths, or two bedrooms and an optional den. It is priced from the low $120,000s.

To visit, take Interstate 215 to Durango Drive, go south to Warm Springs Road, turn west and follow the signs.

The sales office and models are open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
