The grounds at Esprit at Stonegate resemble a park within the gated condominium complex in the southeastern valley, according to sales agent Ken Kelsey. Benches are scattered throughout the development and walkways meander through the trees, enhancing the park-like atmosphere.

"Many of our residents use the barbecue appliances, then eat lunch or dinner at the picnic tables," Kelsey said.

To visit, take U.S. Highway 95 to the Boulder Highway exit, go southeast to Lamb Boulevard and turn north. Proceed to Vegas Valley Drive and head east, past Nellis Boulevard. Turn north at Juniper Hills Boulevard and follow the signs.
