KB Home grows with southwestern valley

KB Home offers buyers a variety of designs to choose from at its El Dorado Pines and Trails, and Tierra Linda neighborhoods in the southwestern valley.

"The expanding southwest area gives KB Home a great opportunity to offer home shoppers many different choices when it comes to communities and floor plans," said Leah Bryant, president of KB Home Las Vegas division.

Nearing sell-out, El Dorado Pines features six designs measuring from 1,440 and 2,038 square feet and priced from the high $160,000s.

El Dorado Trails offers six floor plans measuring from 1,391 to 2,038 square feet, and there are plans to add four designs measuring from 1,523 to 2,312 square feet.

Homes in both neighborhoods offer two to five bedrooms, two to three baths, and two-car garages.

To visit, take Interstate 215 to Jones Boulevard, go south to Robindale Road, turn right to Torrey Pines Drive and turn right.

The sales office is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily except Friday, when it opens at 11 a.m.

Two series of homes featuring 15 floor plans are available at Tierra Linda.

The Pueblo series has seven designs measuring from 1,098 to 2,312 square feet. Priced from the high $140,000s to the high $180,000s, the one- and two-story homes have two to four bedrooms, two to three baths, and two-car garages.

The Hacienda series offers eight floor plans and five models measuring from 1,245 to 2,784 square feet. The one-and two-story homes offer three to five bedrooms, two baths and two-car garages. They are priced from the high $160,000s to the low $200,000s.

To visit, take Interstate 15 to Blue Diamond Road, go east to Las Vegas Boulevard and drive south about 4 1/2 miles. Turn left on Barbara Lane and right on Haven Street, then follow the signs.

Office hours are from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily except Friday, when it opens at 11 a.m.

At the builder's 22,000-square-foot design center, buyers may select options and upgrades for their homes.

Through its Homebuyers Club and Home Finding Center, the builder offers free financial advice, including credit reports, and assistance locating a house within one of its more than 20 neighborhoods in the valley.

In addition, the builder operates a mortgage company.

The company is one of America's largest home builders.
