Richmond American Homes: Seasons Collection draws buyersSPECIAL TO REAL ESTATE
Richmond American Homes offers its Seasons Collection of courtyard homes at four locations in the Las Vegas Valley. The reason, according to the builder, is the popularity of the floor plans and the low-maintenance lifestyle provided. Buyers can choose from four two-story floor plans, including the Spring model, a 1,357-square-foot home with three bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths and the Fall design, a four-bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home that measures 1,933 square feet with the selection of an optional bonus room. The Fall and Summer plans are both flexible designs, and can be enlarged by as many as 180 to 280 square feet, allowing for a bonus room, loft or game room. Homes are priced from the low $150,000s. Interior highlights include art niches, pot shelves, upstairs laundry rooms, coat closets, pantries and raised-panel doors. Exteriors provide courtyards, front-yard landscaping and enclosed rear yards. The collection is available at Alterra and Lone Mountain Terrace in the northwestern valley, and at Ridge Court and Sterling Court in the southwest. To visit Alterra, take U.S. Highway 95 to Durango Drive then head east to El Capitan Way. Proceed north to Racel Street and go west. To reach Lone Mountain Terrace, take U.S. Highway 95 to Cheyenne Avenue and head west to Grand Canyon Drive. Drive north to Alexander Road, then go west. Ridge Court can be reached by taking Interstate 215 to Durango Drive, heading south to Arby Avenue and going west. To reach Sterling Court, take Interstate 215 to Jones Boulevard and go south, following the signs. All sales offices are open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily except Monday, when they open at noon. Richmond American Homes, one of the nation's largest home builders, is developing 26 neighborhoods valleywide.
