Rhodes Homes collects donations for Shade Tree

Rhodes Homes employees recently collected five truckloads of gently used clothing, blankets and toys to benefit The Shade Tree, Clark County's only 24-hour accessible emergency shelter for women and their children.

"The Shade Tree makes an important contribution to our community by assisting more than 4,000 Clark County women and children caught in an emergency situation every month," company President Jim Rhodes said.

Rhodes has several active subdivisions in the Las Vegas Valley, including The Preserve in the northwest area.

Spanish Hills and The Villas are located in the southwestern valley. Also in the southwest are four other neighborhoods -- The Links, The Lakes, The Falls and Vistana -- all in Rhodes Ranch.

The Platinum and Gold Collection at Palm Hills is located in Henderson.
