American West builds basements at Crown Pointe

The Silverado Ranch community is home to American West Homes' Crown Pointe neighborhood.

The guard-gated neighborhood features 10 floor plans, measuring from 2,950 to 5,400 square feet with four to six bedrooms. Prices start from the $260,000s.

"Residents are welcomed home to an exclusive enclave of only 78 homes," sales agent Richard Hiteman said.

"The neighborhood is complete with lush landscaping and a private park. Beyond the private entry gates, all the spectacular mansions will be on large home sites allowing for huge yards."

The homes include finished basements, owner suites and three-car garages.

The neighborhood's location in Silverado Ranch is also appealing to home buyers, according to Hiteman.

To visit, take Interstate 215 to Windmill Lane, head west to Maryland Parkway, then go south about 1 1/2 miles, following the signs.

The sales office and model homes are open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
