Model homes set for sale at Weston

Del Webb Corp. will soon offer four model homes for sale at Weston, a neighborhood within the Coventry at Anthem development in Henderson. The single- and two-story homes, which range from 2,034 to 2,737 square feet, will be available starting next Saturday.

Each features an interior color scheme that complements the paint colors, wood accents, wallpaper and window treatments. There also are several built-ins included, such as bookcases, entertainment centers and fireplace mantels.

All flooring has been upgraded to include hard-surface marble or ceramic-tile in kitchens, baths, laundry rooms and other high-traffic areas.

Kitchens are equipped with upgraded cabinetry and appliances, granite counter tops and islands.

Additional features, per plan, include a pool, barbecue and entertainment area, an enclosed courtyard with a fountain, natural stone exterior accents and balconies.

The homes are available furnished or unfurnished.

Weston is located within the hillside setting of the Anthem master-planned community. The neighborhood is adjacent to the private Harmony Park, which many of the neighborhood's home sites overlook.

In the planning stage is Anthem Hills Park, which will be the second largest city park to be developed in Henderson. Park amenities will include walking trails and ball fields.

Additional homes are still available at Weston, where prices start from $198,990.

To visit, take Eastern Avenue south to Anthem Parkway and proceed to Reunion Drive. Go east, then turn south on Cornet Street, and drive west on Spirito Avenue. The sales office is open daily from 9 a.m. 5 p.m.
