Nevada Association of Realtors announces `graduates'

Locals in the 2000 class are: Andy Hrycyszyn of Century 21 MoneyWorld and Jackie Porter of Realty Executives of Nevada. n Michael Kammerling and Nelson Tressler of Grubb and Ellis represented Intercapital Development in its 10-year lease of 12,000 square feet in the Sahara Design Center at 7079 W. Sahara Ave. to The Rattan Place for $2.5 million. n GVA Industrial Property Group's Dean Willmore represented Joseph C. Argier in the three-year lease of 16,800 square feet of space at 810 S. Commerce St. to Cartridge Recyclers for $148,400. Also, Bill Walsh and Art Farmanali represented Geoff Gomes in his three-year lease of 1,050 square feet of space at 5360 S. Cameron St. to B and J Upholstery for $50,000. n Colliers International's Michael DeLew, Spencer Pinter and Greg Pancirov represented EJM Development in its five-year lease of 4,315 square feet at 7260 Industrial Road, Suite 900, to Piper Products for $179,278. DeLew, Pinter and Pancirov also represented Sunset Corporate Center in its sale of 22,909 square feet at 6335 Sunset Corporate Drive to Southwest Linen for $1.5 million. Scott R. Gragson, John Kilpatrick and Robert Torres represented T and J Fallon Family Trust in its purchase of 5 acres south of Durango Drive and Patrick Lane from Schripps Health Corp. for $580,000. Dan Doherty and Pat Marsh represented Harsch Investment Properties in its three-year lease of 2,000 square feet at 2707 E. Craig Road, Suite H, to Dena's Porcelain for $52,554. n Soozi Jones Walker of Realty Executives of Nevada represented the Juliet Land Co. and Juliet Property Co. in their three-year lease of 3250 square feet at 8375 W. Pearl St., Suites 1200 to 1400, to FedEx Ground Package System for $627,539. Scott R. Gragson, John Kilpatrick and Robert Torres represented Azure 10 Investments in its purchase of 2.5 acres at the southwest corner of Sobb Street and Rumrill Road from Niloofer K. Sephri for $230,000. Gragson, Kilpatrick and Torres represented the Gragson Family Trust in its purchase of 2.5 acres at the southwest corner of Maule Avenue and Belcastro Street from Eliot Alper for $385,000.
