Anthem Country Club's touts Toccata
The Tocatta, one of 20 models at Del Webb's Anthem Country Club in Henderson, is considered a versatile design that features numerous options, according to the builder. From the Baroque Series, the single-story plan contains two bedrooms and two baths, and measures 2,298 square feet. Standard features include a turret entry with a domed ceiling, a living area that faces the formal dining space, and a kitchen with a breakfast nook looking out to the back yard. The owner suite offers a walk-in closet and dual-sink vanities. The casita is one available option, and provides an additional bedroom and bath. Second-story options are also available, and would fill 2,788 square feet with a total of four bedrooms and three baths, while the basement option would be ideal as a home theater or game room. Buyers at Anthem Country Club also receive privileges of social club membership, which grants unrestricted access to the 34,000-square-foot clubhouse, the dining facilities, athletic club and family social events. Inside, a casual grill overlooks the 18th green, formal dining room, private event rooms, and club offices. On its first floor, the clubhouse features a golf shop and men's and women's golf locker rooms with lounges. In addition, after construction of the community is complete, it is turned over to the members, as golf memberships are also equity memberships. The championship golf course maximizes the rugged mountain terrain. The team of PGA golfer Hale Irwin and golf course architect Keith Foster created a 7,300-yard, par-72 championship golf course that, with as many as five tee boxes, will assure the right challenge to match all levels of golf play. Custom-home sites are also available and vary in size and price. To further offer exclusivity, each custom neighborhood has its own private-gated entrance within the guard-gated community. In addition to the custom-home sites, Anthem Country Club offers four series of homes -- Impressionist, Baroque, Romantic and Renaissance -- and 20 floor plans. Homes are priced from the $200,000s to more than $1 million. To visit, take Eastern Avenue about two miles south of St. Rose Parkway and follow the signs. The sales office is open daily from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
