The "grand finale" phase is under way for custom-home sites in Seven Hills where its final 20 home sites have been completed, according to representatives of Silver Canyon Partnership, developer of the 1,310-acre community in Henderson.

"These recently completed home sites are among the finest and most dramatic in the entire Seven Hills community," sales executive Varo Gabriel said. "They are located in the private, guard-gated Terracina neighborhood, and many of them offer panoramic views of the Las Vegas skyline, scenic mountain ranges or the fairways of a ... golf course."

The custom lots are priced from the $170,000s to $1 million. The largest lot available measures one acre.

Amenities within the custom neighborhoods include guard-gated entries, landscaped open space, a view park, 2-acre park with tennis and basketball courts, and playground.

To visit the sales center, take St. Rose Parkway to Seven Hills Drive, which is one mile west of Eastern Avenue, and go south.
