-- SR Construction broke ground for the 29,000-square-

foot clubhouse at DragonRidge Golf Club in the MacDonald Highlands community in Henderson. Construction costs are estimated at $8 million, with completion expected by fall 2003. In addition, SR Construction completed the 2,700-square-foot expansion of the emergency room at Lake Mead Hospital in North Las Vegas at a cost of $1.5 million.

-- Swanson Realty Group donated 3,000 sports cards to the University Medical Center Foundation's annual holiday party for children.

-- Geotechnical & Environmental Services has been awarded the geotechnical investigation, environmental and construction services contract for Pulte Homes' Silverstone Ranch community and part of its golf course. The project's cost is estimated at $250 million. GES also received the construction materials testing and geotechnical investigation contract for James H. Bilbray Elementary School, located at the northeast corner of Tee Pee Lane and Brent Road, for $4 million.

-- GVA Industrial Property Group's Bill Walsh and Dean Willmore represented both parties in Dennis C. Gomes' purchase of a 7,967-square- foot building at 5965 S. Procyon Ave. from Mamula Investments for $665,000. David Mitchell, Al Kingham and Willmore represented both parties in Bergman House Imports' three-year lease of 7,530 square feet at 7470 S. Industrial Road from Bascal Properties-1 for $168,127.

-- Colliers International's Scott Gragson, John Kilpatrick and Robert Torres represented GKT4 in its purchase of 2.05 acres at the southeast corner of Pama Lane and Monte Cristo Way from Tseng, Chen, Anderson & Casella for $720,000. In another transaction, Pat Marsh and Sara Lenn represented Rousso Investments in its sale of 8,880 square feet at 3915 W. Hacienda Ave., Suite A-109, to K2 Aviation for $158,095. David Grant and Scot Marker represented Trop 5 in its five-year lease of 1,200 square feet at the southwest corner of Tropicana Avenue and Fort Apache Road to Tropical Smoothie Café for $180,000. Tom Stilley, Lizz Schafer and Taber Thill represented Henderson Beltway in its 60-month lease of 2,240 square feet at 170 N. Stephanie St. in Henderson to Accredited Home Lenders for $249,990. Doherty, Pankratz and Jennifer Kilpatrick repre- sented Harsch Investment Properties in its 36-month lease of 4,000 square feet at 2707 E. Craig Road, Suites J and K, in North Las Vegas, to Beno's Flooring Services for $127,356. Michael DeLew, Spencer Pinter and Greg Pancirov represented Koll Valley View in its 60-month lease of 7,830 square feet at 6285 S. Valley View Blvd., Suites I and J, to Sherwin- Williams Co. for $390,000.

Susan Punos represented OTR in the five-year lease of 1,257 square feet at 699 N. Stephanie St. to Cut N Tease for $158,000. Brad Peterson represented Veterans Administration in the three-year lease of 20,610 square feet at 1841 E. Craig Road from Raco Distribution Center for $495,000. Jayne Cayton and Randy Broadhead represented Cotkin, Collins and Ginsburg in the six-year lease of 4,016 square feet at 1701 W. Charleston Blvd. from Charleston Tower for $555,000.

-- Coldwell Banker Commercial ETN's Lucinda Stanley and Miriam Root represented Horizon Ridge Medical and Corporate Center in its 60-month lease of 3,278 square feet at 2610 W.
