Summerlin location draws buyers to KB Home's Pinedale, Pinecrest

Buyers at KB Home's Pinedale and Pinecrest neighborhoods in Summerlin may choose from 23 available home sites and homes ready for move-in.

"Pinedale and Pinecrest are popular communities with our home buyers," said Leah Bryant, president of the builder's Las Vegas division. "Our home buyers enjoy the Summerlin location, with all the nearby conveniences from shopping to hiking."

Bryant said the area in the western valley is known for the beauty of its natural canyon and mountain surroundings, parks and villages.

Four models and seven floor plans ranging from 967 to 1,891 square feet are available at the two neighborhoods. The one- and two-story designs offer two to five bedrooms, two to three baths, and two-car garages. Prices start in the mid-$140,000s.

Among the available designs is the 1,891-square-foot Gramercy Park. The home features a kitchen with a breakfast bar, dining room, living room, three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, loft and den. Options include converting the loft and/or den into bedrooms, altering the baths, gas fireplace and a covered patio. It is priced from the $180,000s.

To visit the neighborhoods, take Interstate 215 to Sahara Avenue and go east, travel north on Town Center Drive, and turn right on La Madre Mountain Drive.

The sales office is open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily except Friday, when it opens at 11 a.m.

The builder offers a Homebuyers Club and Home Finding Center, which offers free financial advice, including credit reports, and helps potential buyers locate houses in its more than 20 new neighborhoods throughout the valley.
