Seven Hills nears closeout

The opportunity to purchase a home or custom-home site in Seven Hills in Henderson is coming to an end.

Dan Naef, vice president of community development for Silver Canyon Partnership, the community's developer, said the last production-home neighborhoods are under construction and most of them in are in the final phase of sales.

"The final opportunity to purchase a brand new home in Seven Hills is rapidly approaching... There is still an excellent selection of homes and home sites, along with a few opportunities for timely move-ins. As an added benefit, our final-phase home buyers will have the convenience of moving into a well-established community... ," Naef said.

Located in the foothills of Black Mountain, the 1,300-acre community will comprise more than 3,000 homes in 25 neighborhoods.

Neighborhoods open for sales are: Renaissance by Pardee Homes, Villa Villagio by Astoria Homes, Palazzo Monte by US Home, Encore at Palatine Hill by Richmond American Homes, and Meridiana by Trident Homes. Custom-home sites are available in the neighborhoods of Venezia and Terracina by Silver Canyon Partnership, and Corcovado and Portofino Custom Homesites by Nevastar Investment Corp.

Prospective buyers can tour furnished model homes and choose from a variety of floor plans. Prices start in the mid-$200,000s. Custom-home sites are priced from the $170,000s to $1 million. The largest lot available is one acre.

Among the various neighborhoods, homes and home sites offer views of the Las Vegas Valley, mountains and a nearby golf course.

About one-third of the community is dedicated to open space including tree-lined walking trails, shaded rest areas and covered picnic areas. Most of the neighborhoods interconnect with or adjoin parks and walkways.

The community's four city parks offer basketball and tennis courts, soccer fields, volleyballs quads, baseball diamonds and playgrounds.

To visit the sales center, take St. Rose Parkway to Seven Hills Drive, which is one mile west of Eastern Avenue, and go south. It is open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
