The Estates at Seven Hills readies for release
Jack Christie, vice president of sales, reports that sales activity at The Estates at Seven Hills custom community in Henderson has remained brisk throughout the holiday season. Christie said he is looking forward to the new year, which will bring the release of 36 home sites, some as large as one acre. The upcoming release will feature the first lots in the community priced from $1 million. The next release will be in the guard-gated Terracina neighborhood, where lots measure from one-quarter acre. The parcels will offer views of five fairways of the Rio Secco Golf Club, the city and mountains, and will connect the neighborhood to the Venezia neighborhood, which offers lots ranging from one-third acre to three-quarters of an acre. Developed by Silver Canyon Partnership, the community offers home sites with varied characteristics priced from the $180,000s. About 250 custom homes in a series of guard-gated neighborhoods are planned. About 60 percent of the sites have been sold and about 100 homes are in various stages of development, according to Christie. One-third of the 1,300-acre community is allocated for open space. Several private and city parks have been developed with tennis and basketball courts, softball and soccer fields, and playgrounds. Information regarding home sites and homes can be obtained at the community's sales pavilion. To visit the community, take St. Rose Parkway to Seven Hills Drive, which is west of Eastern Avenue and go south. Office hours are from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
