Fewer than 100 units remain available at Trump International Hotel & Tower Las Vegas, which has its concrete foundation and steel framework in place. The project has generated worldwide interest, according to sales and marketing executive Jack Christie.
"Las Vegas is the most exciting city in the world, and our project will be a part of that excitement. Not only will our owners and guests have access to the finest shopping, dining and entertainment in the world, but they will also have it all at their doorstep," he said.

"From the doorman on-staff 24 hours to the pool, restaurant and other amenities, our guests will be treated in true Trump style. There is a level of luxury associated with this project that people see long before they step through our doors. And when they do, it will be an experience unlike any other."
The 2 million square-foot, 64-story, 24-carat gold glass-encased tower is under construction on a portion of the New Frontier Hotel property, near the Fashion Show mall.
The project provides 1,282 condominium-hotel units, including 880 studio and 352 one-bedroom suites on the 16th-59th floors, and 50 one-, two- and three-bedroom penthouses on the top five floors. Each comes with one to 3 1/2 baths.
Each suite will have contemporary furnishings, glass coffee tables with gold-tone finishes, and Brazilian rosewood dining tables with tufted upholstered chairs beneath silver-toned chandeliers. The master suites will feature a suspended drapery bed set into a recessed ceiling. Pale blue walls with hand-painted, sea-blue European wallpaper with a bird and filigree design will cover the recessed headboard wall.
The homes will have one to 3 1/2 baths with Breccia Oniciata floors, rounded vanities with silver and gold hardware, and a deep brown and gold marble top.
European-style kitchens will include Wolf, Bosch, Dacor and Sub-Zero appliances.
Other luxuries will include owners' lockout closets, flat-screen plasma TVs, wireless Internet, cable television and in-suite movies.
Amenities will include 24-hour concierge and security; a spa, fitness center and salon; a heated pool with a sundeck and bar; a business center; doorman and valet parking services; and dining options.
The units are priced from the $600,000s to $6 million.
The sales office at 3128 Las Vegas Blvd. South, north of Fashion Show Drive, features a studio and one-bedroom suite.
