-- Pardee Homes has named Klif Andrews vice president of community development. Andrews, who most recently served as director of community development, joined the company five years ago as project manager for Southern Nevada.

-- The Nevada Contractors Association presented its 2001 Contractor of the Year award to Wells Cargo. Subcontractor of the Year honors went to KHS&S Contractors.

-- Bill Legere of Bill Hammons and Associates represented CLAMLAC Investors in its sale of 2.12 acres at the northwest corner of Rainbow Boulevard and Warm Springs Road to Silverton Casino, represented by Scott Gragson and John Kilpatrick of Colliers International, for $1 million.

-- CB Richard Ellis' Suzette LaGrange represented Howard Hughes Properties in its five-year lease of 6,000 square feet at 10190 Covington Cross Drive to Countrywide Home Loans for $755,000. In another transaction, Paul Hoyt represented RMS Limited Partnership in its five-year lease of 6,332 square feet at 5550 Cameron St. to Arizona Shower Door for $235,000. Jeremy Green and Donna Alderson represented Mayesh Wholesale Florists in its six-year lease of 9,090 square feet at 3950 W. Diablo Drive from Mesa Vista for $395,000. Green and Alderson also represented Mendenhall Family Trust in its four-year lease of 3,400 square feet at 2915 Sunrise Ave. to Aluma Systems USA, represented by Kevin Higgins, for $700,000. Suzette LaGrange represented Howard Hughes Properties in its three-year lease of 1,522 square feet at 1635 Village Center Circle to Chart One for $120,000. LaGrange also represented DSA Development in its three-year lease of 2,699 square feet at 4040 S. Eastern Ave. to Henness & Haight for $160,000. LaGrange also represented Howard Hughes Properties in its three-year lease of 4,112 square feet at 1645 Village Center Circle to Fore Property Co. for $330,000. Randy Broadhead and Darren Lemmon represented Howard Hughes Properties in its five-year lease of 4,775 square feet at 10750 W. Charleston Blvd. to Cendant Operations for $370,000. Lemmon also represented IRP Legacy Convention Center Associates in its 10-year lease of 1,880 square feet at 101 Convention Center Drive to the Public Utilities Commission for $400,000. Broadhead also represented Green Valley Development in its five-year lease of 36,844 square feet at 2500 Paseo Verde to IDC for $2.9 million. Brad Peterson represented Rainbow Corporate Center in its five-year lease of 2,209 square feet at 777 N. Rainbow Blvd. to Bonneville Mortgage Corp. for $305,000. Peterson also represented Howard Hughes Properties in its five-year lease of 2,359 square feet at 3773 Howard Hughes Parkway to Arthur Anderson for $370,000.

-- Alberto Jauregui of Bill Hammons and Associates represented Lomas Regency in its three-year lease of 5,400 square feet at Davidson Industrial Park, 4995 Steptoe St., Suite 200, to Surround- power, represented by David G. Fordham of Re/Max Absolute, for $82,669.

-- GVA Industrial Property Group's Bill Walsh represented Draeger Construction in its purchase of a 6,100-square-foot office/warehouse building at 2139 S. Industrial Road from Roger and Beverly Stark Trust for $350,000.

-- Michael Kammerling and Nelson Tressler of Grubb and Ellis represented both parties in Siena Holding's 10-year lease of 5,195 square feet at 10271 S. Eastern Ave., Suite 121, in Henderson, to Buffalo Wild Wings for $1.7 million. Kammerling and Tressler also represented both parties in Siena Holding's 10-year lease of 4,548 square feet at 10271 S. Eastern Ave., Suite 111, to Gaetano's Ristorante for $1.4 million.
