KB Home starts presales at Aliante

KB Home is giving home buyers the opportunity to become one of the first homeowners at Aliante, a master-planned community in North Las Vegas.

"Aliante is expected to be a fast-growing, family-oriented community, and KB Home is excited to be preselling three home series," said Leah Bryant, president of the builder's Las Vegas division. "I think home shoppers will be impressed with the community and the variety of homes KB Home is offering."

Featuring single- and two-story homes, the San Destin Ravello series offers five floor plans, ranging from 1,231 to 1,947 square feet. They include two to four bedrooms, two or 2 1/2 baths, and two-car garages. The designs are priced from the mid-$100,000s.

San Destin Tivoli offers six plans, measuring from 1,717 to 2,546 square feet. The single- and two-story homes feature three to five bedrooms, two to three baths, and two-car garages. Prices start from the $170,000s to the $200,000s.

Priced from the $200,000s is San Destin Palazzo. Six floor plans are offered, and measure from 2,022 to 3,803 square feet. The single- and two-story designs have three to six bedrooms, two to four baths, and three-car garages.

Several recreational amenities are planned within the community, including the 20-acre Nature Discovery Park. The dinosaur-themed park will feature a playground, splash-and-spray minipark and shade structure.

Other planned amenities include an amphitheater, picnic area, soccer fields, tennis and volleyball courts, trails, and a natural arroyo. An 18-hole, 6,900-yard, par-72 municipal golf course also is planned.

Sites have been set aside for two elementary schools, a middle school, fire station, library, shopping center and office parks.

For information, visit KB Home's Iron Mountain Ranch neighborhood by taking U.S. Highway 95 to Ann Road, heading east to Jones Boulevard, and then going north past Farm Road. The sales office is open from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily except Friday, when it opens at 11 a.m.

The builder also operates a Homebuyers Club, which offers potential buyers free assistance including credit reports and credit counseling. A home finding center provides information about the company's more than 20 neighborhoods valleywide.
