CityMark schedules event for Juhl

With reservations well under way, the developer of Juhl has scheduled a contract signing event for those holding reservations for the contemporary urban lofts to be built in downtown Las Vegas. The event will be on Saturday, Jan. 14, 2006 at the sales center, located at 255 E. Bonneville Ave., near Fourth Street.

The project will encompass 341 lofts anchored by a 15-story glass tower. It will comprise five buildings of varying heights and facades.

One- and two-story floor plans are available for flats, mid-rise and high-rise lofts, townhouses and penthouses. The residences range from 600 to 2,500 square feet, and are priced from the $200,000s. Preconstruction pricing is available.

Interior amenities will include optional walls to customize space, floor-to-ceiling windows, exposed mechanical and concrete surfaces, energy-efficient air conditioning and forced-air heating, Internet access and patios or balconies.

Common amenities will include a two-story fitness center, a landscaped rooftop courtyard with a pool and spa, gated underground parking, and 9,000 square feet of retail space.

To reach the sales center, take Interstate 15 to the Charleston Boulevard exit, head east to Grand Central Parkway, turn left, go to Bonneville and turn right.

Office hours are from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily except Mondays, when it opens at noon.
