Siena nears closeout in Summerlin

Little more than a dozen new homes remain available at the age-qualified village of Siena, within Summerlin.

"Siena is a one-of-a-kind community offering a one-of-a-kind lifestyle, and with the builder offering special closeout pricing, there will never be a better time to purchase in this unique place," sales executive Jimmy Jones said.

"The new homes remaining are each well-appointed with fully-landscaped yards, shutters on all windows, garages with floor coatings and cabinets, appliance packages and upgraded granite counter tops."

The all single-story floor plans range from 1,040 to more than 3,100 square feet, and are priced from the $400,000s to $1 million.

Each plan in the six Italian-themed collections offers a range of customizing options.

"A few of the remaining homes are located on beautiful golf course home sites, and a handful are from our popular Villa collection," Jones said.

Amenities include the 18-hole, par-72 Siena golf course, a public facility with a clubhouse, restaurant and pro shop. Siena residents are offered preferred rates and tee times.

Additionally, residents can access Siena's community center, fitness center, and full-service beauty salon and day spa.

Siena is a 665-acre, guard-gated development of Sunrise Colony Co.

To visit, take Flamingo Road or the Las Vegas Beltway to Town Center Drive, go south to Siena Monte Avenue and turn left.

The sales office is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily.
