GLVAR spots price drop

The Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors (GLVAR) has reported a slight drop in home sales for last month.

Data collected through its Multiple Listing Service shows the median sales price of a Las Vegas area single-family home was $308,000.

That figure is down $2,000, or .06 percent, from last month. This is also down .06 percent from the same time frame last year.

The median sales price for condos and townhomes went down slightly to $199,950, from a price of $200,000 last month.

That is down less than 1 percent from last year.
